How does it Work?
You book your loved good's with us through our online button above or call us on 012 023 1141 or WhatsApp at 066 456 8872. We book the product in, and further communicate about your concerns and reasons of booking. After that we give a repair number, and then you either deliver the goods to us or we collect or we repair at your premises if possible or you courier to us through a reputable delivery service such as Postnet or the courier guy. We then repair and deliver or courier the goods back upon receiving the full amount for the repair.
How does the warranty work?
All our repairs carry a 3 months warranty. Meaning that we will only repair the same problem again at our cost, provided the goods is not brought back through negligence or abuse. Batteries do not carry a warranty, but a 7-day guarantee. It is advisable to charge with the correct chargers carrying the correct voltage.
